My practice covers family law, divorce and custody mediation, and animal law.

My family law practice includes facilitating divorces and assisting in spousal and child support matters, visitation and custody rights matters and property division. I also handle adoptions and protect grandparent visitation rights, a unique component of my practice. In addition, I confidently handle issues regarding animal law aspects of family law matters.

With mediation, I work with couples to help them take control of their own divorce and/or custody process, rather than taking the more costly and more arduous, and often risky route of allowing the courts to make decisions for them.  After all, who knows their situation best, a judge or them?
